Every time when the direct debit couldn't be done because my bank acc balance is insufficient they always call me and remind me to install the app, I already did. They say that I could update my trustees/assignees in the app but non of it is available to be edited 😑..

I just downloaded this app to log in but what I got the app want me to activate Google Play protect every time I enter the app and try to log in even I already turned it on. Another problem is I don't know where I can get my password to log in everytime I try to change it always said unable to change it. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

It's nice to know in summary the details of our plans. However when I want to surrender/cancel one of the plans and I want to upload my bank e-statement, it's showing a message as if I haven't select any pdf. Appreciate if you could fix this.
